SHIPPING POLICY

There are currently no known delays with our shipping partners at this time. We Thank you for supporting our small black-owned business.
 

Products ship within 1-3 business days of your order date. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders: LuxeTressess is not responsible for hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. LuxeTressess is also not responsible for the installation of products purchased on our website.

Payment Terms: Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. LuxeTressess reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.


All international orders must be paid using the PayPal check-out option.  International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS),  CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via submission on our Contact Page within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note: using non -recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If LuxeTressess verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, LuxeTressess will then exchange or replace the item.

Limitation of Liability


LuxeTressess does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. LuxeTressess will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, LuxeTressess is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, LuxeTressess LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
